Vaseline Lip Care

Bukan cuma kulit wajah dan rambut yang perlu dirawat, melainkan kesehatan bibir juga perlu diperhatikan agar tampil sehat dan warnanya tetap indah. Salah satunya dengan cara rutin memakai lip balm or lip care.

Ada salah satu merk lip care yang terbilang cukup bagus. Produknya dari Vaseline, brand skincare yang sudah cukup lama wara wiri di pasar kosmetik tanah air. Soal kualitas produk, tentu saja nggak usah diragukan lagi ya.

Vaseline is not one of them. Whenever I think about Vaseline, my mind is instantly transported to this giant tub of petroleum jelly that used to live under the sink in my childhood home. I remember hating the smell with a passion. There was nothing worse! Despite that, the time has finally come for me to do a review of some Vaseline products here on the creation of beauty is art. The brand actually has a lot of different items these days, beyond that classic petroleum jelly. For instance, the Lip Therapy line. Over the holidays, a friend gifted me this Colour + Care set, which included three different tinted lip balms. Since lip balms are a must for me always, the idea of a colourful and hydrating lip balm was certain intriguing. How did the Lip Therapy line perform? Which colours stood out? PACKAGING

Packaging-nya simple, didominasi warna dark blue dengan dasar warna doff. Aku suka aroma fruity-nya.

TEKSTUR
Lipbalm Vaseline mengandung Petroleum Jelly, Shea Butter dan Manuka Honey. Lip Care dari Vaseline ini tuh sebenarnya mirip-mirip lip balm atau tint balm gitu, tapi ini tuh warnanya lebih intense dan efek melembabkannya itu kayak lebih maksimal. Lebih moisturize, nourish, and add a hint of colour to the lips. Formulanya lembut and provide a "sheer wash of colour."

Klaimnya sih efek melembabkannya sampai 24 jam gitu ya. Tapi yang aku rasain, aku nggak pernah ngecek sampai 24 jam. Tapi buat aku, ini tuh melembabkannya cukup lama.

VARIAN
Ada 3 varian, Mellow Rose, Kissing Red dan Blooming Pink. Ketiga varian tersebut masing-masing punya karakteristik warna yang sangat indah.

Aku beli varian Blooming Pink, it a soft and easy to wear pink. Warnanya bener-bener pretty dan feminim banget.

REVIEW
Bukan kayak disulam, tapi warna bibirku tuh keliatan makin lembab dan sangat natural. Harganya pun relatif bersahabat, cuma Rp 50.000-an saja.
